Project No. G2025126-2, G2025126-3 Sealed proposals are invited from contractors or suppliers for the construction of the Muskogee County Public Safety Authority (MCPSA) Rural Public Safety Facilities in Fort Gibson, Haskell, and Warner. Bids are to be submitted for designated bid packages, including but not limited to: site demolition, earthwork, storm sewer, site utilities, concrete turnkey, masonry, PEMB turnkey, millwork, rough carpentry, joint sealants and waterproofing, drywall assemblies, fiber cement cladding, ceilings and insulation, aluminum entrances, windows and glazing, finish hardware, hollow metal frames and doors, flush wood doors, Division 8 and 10 installation only, folding panel doors, rapid response bay doors (alternate), sectional overhead doors, flooring, polished concrete floor finishes, painting, specialties, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm. All trades are encouraged to visit the building sites and familiarize themselves with existing conditions. Bidding and document-related questions should be directed to the Construction Manager. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before the time set for opening bids, or after the deadline, will not be considered. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany the sealed proposal for all bids over $50,000, or as otherwise required by state law. No bidder may withdraw their bid for thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality. All bidding and document related questions should be directed to the Construction Manager.
