Contract No. 2026-02 consists of 297 SY of concrete curb and sidewalk with driveway aprons, variable depth milling of bituminous asphalt pavement, and bituminous overlays in the community of Fifficktown. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Croyle Township, Cambria County, PA. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the issuing office to be eligible to bid. Printed copies or electronic versions of the bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount, as well as evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. Bidders must comply with all state anti-bid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit with the bid. The contractor shall also comply with the provisions of the Steel Procurement Act and adhere to the provisions of the PA Prevailing Wage Rates as set forth in the contract documents. The project is financed in part by a Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant and local funds, and obligations imposed on the owner by the funding agency shall apply to the successful bidder.
