Sealed bids are invited for improvements to Third Avenue (CR-653), from High Street to Clements Bridge Road (CR-573), in the Borough of Barrington and Borough of Haddon Heights, Camden County, New Jersey. Bidders must obtain the bidding documents by registering and downloading them from the Camden County website. Any questions regarding the scope of work must be made in writing to the County Engineer by the specified deadline. All bidders must comply with applicable legal requirements cited in the notice and are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the County. In case of inconsistencies, the bid documentation shall control. Any questions regarding the scope of work must be made in writing to Mr. James Winckowski, PE, CME, County Engineer, Charles J. DePalma Complex, 2311 Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 or by sending an email by Friday, April 24, 2026 at 12:00PM to james.winckowski@camdencounty.com and kyle.ebersole@camdencounty.com with the subject line "B5-26 Third Avenue" marked IMPORTANT.
