Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Holmen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the removal and replacement of roofing at an elementary school, with similar work at an additional school as an alternate. The new work includes roof carpentry, roof insulation, adhered EPDM Membrane with an alternate for ballasted EPDM membrane, metal panel roofing, metal panel siding, trim, and painting gas piping at the roof. Lump-sum bids are to be submitted for a single prime construction contract covering all work. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid must accompany each submission. Bids received after the specified deadline will not be accepted. Bids may only be withdrawn according to the procedures in the instructions to bidders. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
