Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Centenary Booster Replacement project, which consists of furnishing and installing a new booster station to replace the existing Centenary Booster Station. Bids will be accepted for a single prime contract. Bid security must be provided according to the instructions. This procurement encourages participation from small businesses in rural areas and is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations issued under the 1931 Davis-Bacon and related Acts. The Gallia County Rural Water Association, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities. Bidding documents can be obtained from the issuing office as either PDF files on a flash drive for a non-refundable fee or as printed documents for an additional charge. Only full sets are available; partial sets will not be provided. Neither the owner nor the engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from sources other than the issuing office. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is encouraged, but not mandatory. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Questions received 30th April 2026 may not be answered.
