The Work under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, and related items to complete the Outdoor Patio Renovation project at Naga-Waukee Golf Course. This facility within the County Parks System will be open and operational during the project and will require coordination with Owner's representative to maintain public access during construction. Prospective bidders should thoroughly review bid documents for specific information. The Work shall include: a. Grading and erosion control. b. Landscape grubbing, removal, and planting. c. Waterproof silicon coating application. d. Concrete work. e. Saw-cutting. f. Catch basin and storm sewer installation. g. Shade structure installation. h. Site restoration - topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and erosion mat. i. Decorative and retaining wall installation. Bid Bond 10% Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid documents shall submit a written request to ssiodlarz@waukeshacounty.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026.
