Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grandview Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Work includes alley and street improvements, including concrete alley replacement, asphalt planing and paving, storm sewer, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and curb ramps. Each bid shall include a Bid Guaranty per Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Bids shall remain open for sixty (60) days. Prevailing wages apply. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award to the lowest and best bidder. Bidders must comply with applicable nondiscrimination requirements.
