Summit County Service Area #3 (SCSA3) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide general engineering services for various construction projects on an as-needed, on-call basis. Projects may include roadways, water projects, drainage improvements, and stream rehabilitation. One or more firms may be selected to complete projects over the next five years, as constraints and funding allow. The selected firm(s) may be expected to work with or oversee other engineering firms retained for specific projects or tasks. Proposals should detail experience, key personnel, subcontractors, and reference contacts as specified. Submittals must be comprehensive, concise, and directly responsive to the goals and format outlined, as the Service Area intends to evaluate all qualifying proposals to select the most qualified firm(s).
