Question Deadline 04/14/2026 at 2:00 PM ET This is an invitation to submit a bid to supply Chatham County with construction, equipment, supplies and/or services as indicated herein. Sealed bids will be received online as instructed on the Chatham County Purchasing Portal at https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal. The County reserves the right to reject all bids that are non-responsive or not responsible. The scope includes but is not limited to services under the following commodity codes: General construction services (including maintenance and repair), architectural services, backfill services, digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, and professional services for subcontractors and contractors over $25,000. Goals established for this project are 30% combined MBE/WBE. Required submission documents are: Bid Sheet (Excel format), Attachments A-I (PDF), References (PDF), List of Subcontractors (PDF), Surety Form (PDF), and Surety: Bid Bond (PDF). All required documents must be completed and submitted as specified for a valid bid.
