Quotations are requested for the installation of Natural Gas Construction Additions for the Smyrna Natural Gas System. Bidders must submit sealed quotations in the specified format by the designated deadline. Only licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee may submit and all bidders must comply with Tennessee Contractor License law Section 62-6-119. Bidding documents are available at Smyrna Town Hall and can be viewed online. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered. Verbal quotations or late submissions will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or formalities, and accept any bid deemed in its best interest. No bid may be withdrawn for 90 days after the deadline.
