Sealed bids are invited for the Holly Place Road Sanitary Sewer line Extension, Contract 1/2026. Bid packages must be clearly marked with "PROPOSAL ENCLOSED" along with the job name and contract number on the lower left corner of the bid envelopes. Each proposal must include a certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, payable to Mount Pleasant Township Municipal Authority. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after submission. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages apply. Non-compliance with these conditions will result in rejection of the bid. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, or accept any bid deemed in its best interest. The project is partly financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Agency. If any person contemplating submitting a Proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other contract Documents, or if he finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, he may submit a written request to the Engineer for an interpretation or correction thereof.
