Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Improvements to Tookany Creek Parkway in Cheltenham Township, including milling and overlay, pavement repair, pavement markings, and other associated improvements as detailed in the provided plans. Sealed proposals will be accepted via the OpenGov procurement portal. All bidders must create a free account with OpenGov procurement. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. All proposals must include the names and references of all subcontractors to be used on the project. Bidders and subcontractors must be PennDOT prequalified. All contractors must have a mercantile/business privilege license with Cheltenham Township and be registered as a contractor with Cheltenham Township. The Contractor is responsible for Contractor Registration and Business Privilege License fees; remaining Township Permit fees will be waived. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid, or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful bidder must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Question Deadline 04/29/2026 at 4:30 PM ET Questions must be submitted via the OpenGov Procurement Portal.
