The County of Chester solicits bids for Bridge Rehabilitation for County Bridge #146. Bid documents may be registered for and downloaded at no cost from the online. Question Deadline 04/22/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions other than minor contractual bidding questions must be received in writing, via email, to Laurie Giannett, Senior Buyer, at lgiannetti@chesco.org. Pre-bid notes: This will also be the only time to view the technical drawings as they cannot be released publicly for security purposes. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference and site visit/walk through, shall constitute acceptance by the bidder of all pre-existing site conditions and shall constitute a waiver of all future claims with regards to said site conditions. Potential bidders planning to attend the Pre-bid meeting, should email Laurie Giannetti at lgiannetti@chesco.org with names of attendees by 11 a.m. on April 14, 2026. Limit of two (2) attendees per firm.
