Question Deadline 04/17/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions must be submitted in writing Kimberly K Wilson kimberly.wilson@minneapolismn.gov 5% Combined MBE/WBE In general, Work will consist of following: Asphalt patching in asphalt streets Asphalt pavement shall follow MnDOT Standard 2360 and the 2026 City of Minneapolis Supplemental Specifications for Construction of Public Infrastructure in the City of Minneapolis. Excavation holes will be filled by others with proper lifts and compaction methods. Others are responsible for placing Class 5 gravel at a minimum of 6" below the bottom of the existing pavement profile. If needed, Restoration Contractor shall remove Class 5 gravel to proper depth. Asphalt patch depth shall match existing street pavement depth. Others are responsible for all sawcutting for their water utility hole excavations. Additional sawcutting to get a proper edge or as directed by the Inspector may be required by the Restoration Contractor as needed. Additional spoils removal as directed by the Inspector may be required by the Restoration Contractor as needed.
