Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; educational facility; and educational facility.
The project consists of additions and renovations to Lebanon High School and surrounding athletic fields. Proposals are requested for Construction Manager as Constructor Services for this project, with estimated construction costs of approximately $75,000,000 combined. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated based on established evaluation criteria. The Owner and Evaluation Committee reserve the right to reject any or all responses and to be the sole judges of the value and merit of the proposals. The Owner may terminate the project prior to executing the contract and shall not be liable for any costs incurred with respect to any proposal. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals. Any communication regarding the RFP must be conducted through the Owner's designated Agent unless otherwise authorized or permitted by the RFP. Contact with other employees, agents, officials, or Evaluation Committee members may result in disqualification at the Owner's discretion.
