The work consists of the demolition of all restroom fixtures, sinks, counters, stall partitions, lighting, floor drains and piping, and all tile at floors and walls including entryways outside of restrooms. Haul away and dispose of all debris. Remove lockers and combo drinking fountain/bottle fillers, clean and store for re-installation. Work includes concrete cutting and patching at floor drains. Provide and install all new fixtures (sinks, urinals and toilets) and appurtenances, floor drains and associated piping, new tile at floors and walls, new stall partitions, counters, paint, paper towel and soap dispensers, hand dryers and LED lighting. Replace doors at North Men's restrooms and provide and install new door hardware. Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids.
