Renovation of a municipal facility in Kenner, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The proposed work ("Work"} includes: (Base Bid) Removal and replacement of existing P.E.M.B roof system and temporary TPO roof covering material and fasteners with new standing seam metal roof. Removal of existing roof insulation and metal mesh down to roof structure and installation of new insulation liner system. Installation of new pre-finished metal gutters and downspouts and installation of new aluminum downspout boots. (Alternate) Exterior wall repairs. Deadline for questions: WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL Close of Business, Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
