The Town invites and encourages businesses owned by minorities, women, and disabled business enterprises to participate in this procurement process. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to terminate the RFP at any time. Updated park features are expected to be constructed with a poured-in-place shotcrete system, not modular "stick-frame" construction. The study contemplated a Skate area of up to 13,500 +/- sf. This is the skating surface area at this time. Accessory functions, such as spectator seating, signage, lighting and security. ADA - Access to the sidewalk and parking lot. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
