Advance Procurement Notice for Base Program ASU Chilliwack, including the Lower Mainland and Interior British Columbia, for future contract opportunities related to Real Property Operations Group (RP OPS). The work will involve infrastructure and mission-support activities for Department of National Defence facilities across the BC Mainland, including support for communications, technical operations, training, logistics, and site-specific defence programs. Facilities included are operations and communications buildings, technical and equipment facilities, training and administrative spaces, warehousing, utilities, and site services. Maintenance, lifecycle management, and modernization of legacy and specialized assets to support operational, security, and resilience requirements are anticipated. Projects will be tendered via open competitive processes, invitations to source lists (OCSL, QRT), or standing offers as detailed on MERX. Some projects may include security requirements or be reserved for Indigenous businesses in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Bidders are instructed to review eligibility, security clearance requirements, and applicable source lists; application through DCC’s Industrial Security Program (ISP) may be necessary to obtain or sponsor required clearances.
