The City of Colwood, in partnership with West Shore Parks and Recreation Society, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide building retrofit feasibility studies and planning for nine community buildings within Colwood. The retrofit goals are to meet targets for greenhouse gas emissions reductions, energy efficiency, and enhanced climate resilience. The consulting team will be responsible for all site investigation, energy analysis, design and engagement, measure-level analysis with Class C budget costing, scenario analysis, a decision-making workshop, and a final report, as well as reporting deliverables to three funders. Consultants will collaborate closely with co-managers of the project from the City of Colwood and West Shore Parks and Recreation. Submissions must be delivered through one of the specified methods, with BC Bid electronic submission available to pre-authorized, registered bidders on the BC Bid system.
