This notice informs contractors and consultants of upcoming contract opportunities at CFB Esquimalt for the Real Property Operations Group (RP OPS) and Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) base program. The intent is to enable interested parties to assess their capacity and interest, and to begin preparations for future solicitations, which may include security requirements. Contractors and consultants who do not already have the required security clearance should start the application process through DCC’s Industrial Security Program if they wish to participate. Certain projects may be reserved for Indigenous businesses in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Contracts will be tendered through open competitive processes or by invitation to members of relevant source lists and standing offers as outlined. Details regarding the anticipated projects and their security clearance requirements can be found in the list of projects provided with this notice.
