Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 110,000-square-foot multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Develop a purpose-built wood-framed Affordable Rental Housing building in Vancouver Island Region, BC. The Gross Building Area is anticipated to be approximately 110,000 square feet and will provide between 125-140 units of housing. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway, seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to provide architectural design services for the project. Project may be tendered in May 2027. Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location.
