Washington Township Supervisors are requesting bids for various equipment and labor by the hour to perform maintenance paving for the 2026 paving season. The requested items are: 8'–15' bituminous paver (50 hrs +/-), 10'–20' bituminous paver (50 hrs +/-), 3–5 ton roller with operator (100 hrs +/-), 10 ton roller with operator (100 hrs +/-), 4' milling machine with operator (50 hrs +/-), 2' milling machine with operator (50 hrs +/-), power broom (50 hrs +/-), tri-axle dump truck with driver (400 hrs +/-), road widener with operators (50 hrs +/-), 4 man paving crew (100 hrs +/-), additional operator (50 hrs +/-), additional labor (100 hrs +/-), and water truck incidental to other equipment. The Township Road Master will determine if the contractor or Township crews will perform work for a project, and also has discretion on which items to utilize for each project. All materials will be purchased by the Township and picked up from the successful materials bidder. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
