Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Seeking bids for pavement painting/striping of various crosswalks, stop bars, center lines, lane lines, hash lines, parking areas, and symbols in the Borough of Waynesboro. Bids must be submitted only on the provided Bid Form. A proposal bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid price is required. Performance and payment bonds are not required. Comments to clarify bids are allowed but changes or additions to the wording of the bidding documents are not permitted. Unauthorized conditions or alterations may cause the bid to be rejected. Requests for interpretation or modifications must be submitted as Requests for Interpretation and may only be made through Addendum issued by the Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Borough, or waive defects and informalities. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid and bidder name. If mailed, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope marked 'BID ENCLOSED.' Bids may be held for up to thirty (30) days to review bid qualifications before awarding the contract. Minority, women-owned businesses, and businesses defined as SERB's under State regulations are encouraged to submit proposals.
