Sealed bids for Amsterdam Road Bridge Replacement will be received online via the PennBid Program by Washington Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 A.M., Monday, January 26, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read electronically at 10:00 A.M. the same date. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Washington Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The contract time for this project is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. The project is being financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. Washington Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
