The work will be done under one prime contract that includes commercial building HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical construction. The scope of work generally includes: demolishing existing steam heating equipment, associated pipe, duct, and electrical; providing gas-fired heating equipment and associated pipe, duct, and electrical. Work on site may not commence before the construction contract is fully executed. Office HVAC system work shall not begin before September 8, 2026 and shall be substantially complete by October 16, 2026, including the replacement of the gas utility meter. This project has a 10% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, and Veteran-Owned Small Business subcontracting goal established.
