UPDATED 4/9/2026 TO REFLECT A 10 YEAR PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The work consists of providing full snow removal services for the toll lanes and inspection areas at the Land Port of Entry associated with the International Bridge. Services include all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and equipment necessary to ensure that five toll lanes and all inspection areas are kept clear of snow at all times. The contractor must respond to all snow events within 15 minutes of notification and provide continuous service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to maintain safe traffic flow, ensure public safety, and support secure and efficient operations for Customs and Border Protection personnel. Snow removal must be performed concurrently across all required areas without inhibiting traffic or facility operations. The requirement is structured as a firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and an additional six-month extension option, with services anticipated to begin on November 1, 2026. Location: Land Port of Entry, International Bridge, 934 International Bridge Plaza, Sault Sainte Marie, MI 49783. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
