Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and educational facility.
Seeking proposals to create a library within the existing cafeteria space. Project Description : This project involves constructing new interior partitions to create a library within an existing cafeteria space. Scope includes metal stud framing, double-sided Type X drywall, fiberglass insulation for sound attenuation, wood doors with tempered half-lites and HM frames, a 9' continuous borrowed lite, painting of walls, modification of the existing acoustical ceiling grid, installation of eight electrical/data outlets tied into existing circuits. Alternate #1: installation of existing wooden bookshelves. All work will comply with Massachusetts prevailing wage requirements and applicable building codes. Project Identification: Construction Library Space within existing cafeteria area. Project is located at Argosy Collegiate Charter School, 240 Dover Street, Fall River MA 02724 Project Summary: Construct two interior partitions to create a library, including framing, drywall, insulation, doors, glazing, painting, data/electrical.
