The FRHA is soliciting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of a commercial trash compactor at O'Brien high rise apartments. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Davis/Bacon wage schedules are applicable to this project. The Fall River Housing Authority (FRHA) is a Public Housing Authority (PHA) that owns and operates 21 low-income public housing complexes that consist of 2,351 rental units within the City of Fall River, Massachusetts. We are soliciting bids for the removal of basement debris at the Maple Gardens Family Development. The FRHA request the installation of an Auto-Pak 1826-2000 Apartment Style Compactor with 5 HP, 3 phase motor, access door with interlock, single side ratchet, container full light, key operated starter, and remote power unit.
