Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Quotes are being solicited for the service to remove an unused and deteriorating road and to restore grass to the area in place of asphalt at Lafayette Park for the City of Fall River Parks Department, in accordance with the specifications. Any deviation from the specifications must be clearly outlined and explained in detail. Otherwise, it will be considered that services offered are in strict compliance with the specifications and the successful vendor shall be held responsible accordingly. Time of delivery is part of the bid and is important. If the indicated delivery date cannot be met or is not indicated, the bidder shall state its best delivery time. Quote prices must remain firm following the quote opening. MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate. The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any or all bids or quotes when deemed in the best interest of the city and shall be the sole judge of equivalency and acceptability.
