Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Renovate the education building training hub by furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, required engineering services, equipment, overhead, and supervision necessary to complete construction work in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings. The work will modernize and reconfigure existing spaces to support training functions and will be performed as a firm-fixed-price construction effort. All activities shall be completed within the established period of performance and in full compliance with contract requirements and applicable codes and standards. Location: VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Questions and /or request for information (RFI) must be submitted using the RFI form attachment and are due no later (NLT) May 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT to the Contracting Officer, Daniel Jhun, by email at daniel.jhun@va.gov Period of performance: 120 calendar days
