This project is located along the northern side of the CC-215 Beltway within the City of North Las Vegas. Construction involves excavation and construction/installation of an asphalt trail with aggregate subbase, retaining walls at grade separations, trail lighting, fencing installation, landscaping and irrigation, signage installation, and all other trail appurtenances needed to complete a functional project. The Project shall be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is $7,000,000 to $9,000,000. Bids are to be submitted via hand delivery or mail service and be received by the City Clerk prior to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked as detailed in Paragraph E, of the Instructions to Bidders, Section IB.1., to City Hall at the office of the City Clerk, located at 2250 Las Vegas Boulevard North, Suite 135 (1st Floor), North Las Vegas, NV 89030. Bids received and stamped after the designated time will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The 1% subcontractor list shall be included in the Bid Proposal or submitted via email within 2-hours of the bid opening.
