Provide complete engineering water treatment and water storage tank cleaning services for multiple building systems. Work includes a comprehensive, service-oriented water treatment, sampling, disinfection, cleaning, and testing program for boilers, cooling towers, chilled water (CHW) systems, heating hot water (HHW) systems, glycol systems, solar heating loops, condensate return and supply systems, coupon racks, and all industrial water systems. Services specifically include three York Shipley boilers (Model 5112L-S4W-700-S200-N/2), five Evapco cooling towers, closed-loop chilled water and heating hot water systems, and four water storage tanks. The contractor shall provide chemical treatment, real-time monitoring through replacement of existing controllers with new controllers, probes, and calibration solutions, and maintain on-site log sheets for weekly testing and verification. The contractor shall furnish trained, qualified, and certified personnel, along with all equipment, tools, materials, supervision, repair, replacement, and incidental services necessary to perform the work in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. All work shall be performed throughout the period of performance and coordinated across multiple medical center buildings. Period of Performance: 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027
