The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions.* Construction management and general contracting services to install a 90-foot by 61-foot by 4-inch interior design concrete slab to support two storage structures, each measuring 30 feet by 40 feet (approximately 1,200 square feet each). The work includes all associated utility runs and grounding required to support the storage units. The storage structures will be conditioned tuff sheds or similar structures with underground electrical connections, a single personnel door, and an aluminum roll-up door. The contractor is responsible for coordinating and executing all construction activities necessary to deliver a complete and functional installation in accordance with project requirements. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This requirement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses under NAICS code 236220. Location: VA Medical Center Las Vegas, 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Offerors are strongly urged to attend the site visit prior to submitting their proposals to evaluate the extent of the project requirements. The period of performance for this project is 180 calendar days from when the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Letter is issued.
