This work shall consist of all site preparation, construction of containment area, removal, Dewatering, and relocation of Sludge from the lagoon at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Cake sludge will be land applied using a commercial spreader on the property North ofthe lagoons. Description of Work: 12" Compacted Clay Liner Locate & Expose Existing Utilities Offsite Clay Borrow Pit & Hauling Construct 3 Foot Earthen Berm Compacted Subgrade Mobilization, Bonds, & Insurance Sludge Removal & Disposal Testing Instructions to Bidders: Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with the words "SEALED BID; "Holding Pond Liner - WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS" on the front of the envelope. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is received by the time and date specified. Any bids received after the time set for opening will be returned unopened.
