Site work and new construction of a civil project in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work to be performed includes the development of a new well facility at the Lake Avenue K-3 Well site. The project will include well equipping with well pump, motor, and accessories, on-site sodium hypochlorite generation system and associated treatment appurtenances, a new Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) well pump and treatment building, site and utility improvements, and associated electrical and control systems. It will also include piping and system updates to consolidate chlorination for the existing K-1 and K-2 wells. Bids will be received only by email. Free access is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors. The Lakewood Water District is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
