This contract provides for the installation of new Utility Pole Mounted Luminaires within unincorporated Pierce County, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications. Bidders must obtain plans, specifications, and addenda from the Pierce County Procurement and Contract Services website. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to check for and obtain addenda. Bidders must submit proposals (including all required attachments) either electronically via the county website or as hard copies in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Project Name and Project Number, and deliver them to the specified address. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to participate and will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids, with no discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
