Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot laboratory facility.

This project involves preparing a 6,000 square-foot space at 1825 Lorne Street, Regina, SK, for use as an equipment lab. The scope includes installation of a structural ceiling grid, installation of owner-supplied transformers, electrical panels, and lighting within the ceiling system. The project also requires the installation of six chilled-water CRAH units, as well as associated roof-mounted chillers, pumps, piping, and controls needed to support the system. All Vendors are required to have current COR (Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.
