Perform site improvements, utility, and enabling work to provide the MCCA with the infrastructure for the installation of two prefabricated kitchen containers at 400 D Street, Lawn on D. Additional work includes fencing, gates, walkways, and concrete pads to support the work. The kitchen containers will be prefabricated by others. The kitchen containers will need power and water services installed under this project by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber. Final installation and connections of the kitchen containers will be by a third-party Vendor.
