Renovation of a library in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation by Toronto Public Library (the Library) to pre-qualified general contractors, from 110-25-TPL-RFSQ General Contractor VOR L1 & L2, to submit bids for the provision of Multi-Branch Breakroom Renovations, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the Deliverables). This project is for the construction of staff breakrooms to improve staff amenities, functionality and workplace conditions across ten (10) Library locations. The construction completion date for all sites is December 1, 2026. Bidders may accelerate the construction timeline to meet the construction completion date. Bidder must note, North York Central Library Concourse and P1 Level breakrooms are to be completed after hours.
