The County invites qualified, experienced Contractor(s) to respond to this Request for Tender for the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials for the reconstruction of Putnam Road (CR47) in the Community of Avon, Township of Malahide. The intent of this RFT is to secure the equipment or services outlined in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, appendices, and attachments of this RFT. The County may or may not enter into a Contract as a result of the issuance of this RFT. The County may accept any Tender in whole or in part, whether the price or prices be the lowest or not, and may reject any and all Tenders. Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
