Site work for a fire / police facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.

The work involves parking lot repairs at CMHA Police Headquarters. Contractors are required to evaluate and perform all work as specified in the provided exhibits, which include the project scope of work and general conditions for construction contracts. All work must meet the specifications noted in Exhibits 1 and 2. Contractors must agree to the terms in the request for quote and all attachments, with all contract documents subject to review by the Contracting Officer prior to execution. Invoices must be certified by the Project Manager and Contracting Officer and include a summary of cumulative costs, service description, service date, and contract number. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities and informalities, and seek new bids if deemed necessary. Contractors are encouraged to maximize participation by Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to meet participation goals of 20% for MBEs and 10% for WBEs in all subcontracts. This project is not subject to Davis-Bacon or HUD prevailing wage rates. All questions regarding the RFQ and requirements must be emailed to Yasvel Couso at cousotrigoy@cmha.net. Deadline to submit questions for this project is April 16 , 2026 . Asphalt crack fill, asphalt repair, seakoat, landscaping, and line striping of the parking lots at CMHA Police headquarters located at 5711 Woodland Ave. a. The work includes any/all permits, labor, materials, and equipment to repair, reseal, and restripe parking lots (2) at the CMHA Police Headquarters per attached scope of work. b. Remove one (1) tree stump. Remove tree stump and replace sidewalk to meet/match existing sidewalk and grade c. Prepare parking lot surfaces for sealant using power broom, blower, and/or hand broom. d. Repair damaged asphalt areas identified in the scope of work. e. Repair identified catch Basin as necessary f. Crackseal all cracks (verify quantities In Field) in asphalt (patch where necessary) greater than 1/4 " prior to sealcoat. Crackseal between concrete and asphalt. g. Sealcoal parking lots (VIF - approximately 50,000 sq. ft.) h. Restripe parking lots, including handicap (verify number in field), restricted areas (current layout), and arrows. Coordinate layout with owner and submit sketch for approval prior to install. Breakdown bid to include: a. Sealcoat, crack seal, stripe entire lot b. Asphalt repair c. Crack seal (VIF) Only d. Stripe (replace as existing) Only e. Tree stump removal, tree lawn backfill, seed, straw (2 areas) j. List of Attachments: 1. Google Earth Overhead Photo (Not to Scale, reference only) 2. Asphalt Repair 3. Tree stump removal, backfill, seed, straw east tree lawn 4. Backfill, seed, straw west tree lawn
