Site work for a parking garage in Atlanta, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services needed for HMA resurfacing of 33,120 sq ft and crack and fill seal for 164,040 sq ft of the Atlanta Garage Parking lot. Repainting of the existing pavement markings is included. Contractor must comply with all applicable State Building Codes (current edition), manufacturers recommendations, industry standards, and directions from the MDOT Project manager to complete the work. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should submit a maximum of two attachments for bid responses, each less than 25 MB. One attachment should contain all bid documents, and, if applicable, the other should contain Qualified Disabled Veteran information. Proposals cannot be submitted after the 2:00 p.m. deadline. Issues or questions about electronic submissions should be directed to the SIGMA Help Desk. In some cases, you may be asked to email your bid response, which requires DCD approval and must be received before the deadline. Bid security of 5% is required. Questions must be emailed to Matthew Lusby by the specified deadline. Do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS. All requests or inquiries concerning the Bidding Documents, or the Work must be addressed to: MatthewLusby @ LusbyM@michigan.gov. Questions will be accepted until _April, 28th, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET.
