The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the construction of two (2) pole barns located at various City facilities in Panama City Beach, Florida, with the potential for a third if within budget. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Scope of Work. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Panama City Beach Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person(S). Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the work, unless otherwise noted. 3. No electrical work or site preparation is required under this solicitation. Upon completion of the Work, the Contractor shall restore the site to its original condition, which may be soil or gravel as the conditions of the sites indicate. Contractor is solely responsible for examining the sites to determine restoration needs. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for: a. Preparation and submission of site plans, engineered drawings, and all required documentation to the City's Building Department. b. Obtaining all required permits, approvals, and underground utility locates. 5. All construction and installation shall be completed in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications, approved plans, and applicable codes. 6. Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgment that the bidder has examined the sites and is fully informed as to the nature and extent of the work required.
