Award will be on July 56:2027 Question Deadline 04/27/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the City Clerks office in writing (via email), Penny Overstreet poverstreet@cityofflaglerbeach.com. Construction of approximately 2,800 LF of new 16-inch diameter PVC water main. Construction of approximately 75 water services and reconnection to customer piping. Construction of seven fire hydrant assemblies. Restoration of disturbed areas. Abandonment/Deactivation of approximately 3,100 LF of existing 6-inch diameter water main. Removal/Salvage of three fire hydrants. Modification to approximately 75 services and two valves. Additive Alternate Bid includes regrading of approximately 2,400 LF of existing swale, removal and replacement of approximately 735 LF of 15-inch, 18-inch, and 24-inch diameter culverts, and restoration of disturbed areas. Formal sealed bids/proposals are required. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 07, 2026. Non-mandatory pre-bid is strongly recommended. All prospective bidders/respondents are cautioned not to contact any member of the staff or officials other than the specified contact person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
