Construction of an elevated deck adjacent to the south side of the existing building located at 116 North College Street, Winchester, TN 37398. The project includes minor modifications to the existing building, site grading, concrete sidewalk, cast-in-place column footings, structural steel framing, concrete deck installation, standing seam metal roof, steel railing, and other various items of construction. Appropriately licensed contractors are invited to submit a sealed offer. Bids must include a Bid Bond or certified check for at least 5 percent of the Bid Amount. All bidders must comply with the requirements described in the Instructions to Bidders and submit their offer on the provided Bid Form. Offers must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. Bidders must be licensed as required by the Contractor Licensing Act of 1976, providing all necessary information on the sealed envelope.
