Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winchester, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The City of Winchester seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services related to resurfacing a portion of Highway 41-A Bypass with Tennessee Department of Transportation Surface Transportation Funds. The project shall be conducted in accordance with TDOT Local Programs guidelines. Required scope of services includes CEI Services for resurfacing of Highway 41-A Bypass Phase II. The professional consulting engineering firm must be on TDOT’s pre-approved list or have a completed pre-qualification form filed with TDOT by the deadline. The prequalified firm must have unlimited status. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the required CEI services. The letter of interest and qualifications should indicate the scope of services to be completed by any sub-consultants. Payment will be made via lump sum. Instructions to bidders require submission of a letter of interest with qualifications, including work experience in required disciplines with TDOT, the agency, or other clients, specialized expertise, professional licensure, staff capabilities, and unlimited prequalification status. Selection criteria for Phase II include workload capacity, past performance, technical approach, and other factors such as interviews and demonstrations.
