Site work for a water / sewer project in Winchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The furnishing, installing, and testing of approximately 332 linear feet of 8" SDR 26 PVC gravity sewer, unclassified excavation, backfill, tie-ins, fittings, and working in close proximity with other utilities, traffic control, street barricades and signs in accordance with MUTCD, property restoration, pavement restoration, testing, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications. Bidders must show evidence of a license, including license number, expiration date, and applicable classification on the envelope containing the bid; otherwise the bid will not be opened. Winchester Utilities reserves the right to reject any proposal for failure to comply with requirements or may waive minor defects or informalities at its discretion. Winchester Utilities also reserves the right to reject all proposals. *If upon your review you are interested in bidding this project, please email melliott@wmsengineers.com to obtain an official numbered set of Bidding Documents. There is a non-refundable plan fee of $25.00 that is required to obtain these documents and to bid on this project. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner, through the Engineer. Any questions concerning the bid documents must be received by the designer no less than ninety-six (96) hours before bid opening date.
