Renovation of a transportation facility in Winchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Project DescripO on: The terminal building is approximately 25 years old and needs modernizaO on. General Items of work include the HVAC system, lighO ng, electrical outlets/switches, roofi ng, windows, doors, security, fl ooring, and fi nishes; to improve building effi ciency and use. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond on the form contained in the Proposal Book from a surety company acceptable to the Winchester Airport Authority, Inc. or a cashier’s check or cerO fi ed check made payable to the Winchester Airport Authority, Inc. for not less than fi ve percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. A 100% Contract Bond will be required of the successful Contractor. Liquidated damages, for delay in contract compleO on shall be as stated in the Proposal. The Winchester Airport Authority, Inc. reserves the right to reject any/and or all proposals, to waive any formaliO es and informaliO es in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which in its opinion may be in their best interest.
