Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Winchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the construction of a 440-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The City of Winchester will accept bids on the City Park Campground Shower Building and work will include: Construction of an approximate 440 s.f. enclosed restroom building from a materials package provided by a supplier obtained by the City. The materials package is not all inclusive, and the contractor shall be responsible for providing materials as noted in the building plans. The project will include grading, erosion control, water/sewer/electric utility installation, concrete removal, ADA accessible parking, concrete sidewalk, and all other appurtenances necessary for the completion of the project. Bids will not be opened from Bidders who have not obtained the contract documents from the City. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. All bidders shall comply with the Tennessee Contractor' License law Section 62-6-119 (Bid documents - Required disclosure by bidders) when submitting bids. Please refer to State Licensing Board for all applicable licensing laws. Bidders may be required to obtain a Winchester Business License. Refer to the contract documents for criteria. All bidders shall adhere to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act enacted in 1964 which states that "No person in the United States shall, on grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance", state of Tennessee funding, and/or funded by the City of Winchester.
